Process DFM analysis

For each project, Hanbok will provide one Design For Manufacturing (DFM) report to analyze potential issues during design stage, which includes:

. CAE Analysis to prove the best design, etc.

. Tool Construction: Parting line, gate, ejection, release angle, cav/part mark, etc.;

. Critical characteristic or requirement: geometry, tolerance and measurement issues;

Part / tooling 3D Design

Full 3D and full parameter mould design based on internal Mold Standard with UG and Pro-E, guarantee the quality of moulds and products.
